Natural gas upgrade of off-site utilities for Parus Health Resort

The project aims to improve efficiency of energy consumption and reduce non-production losses of energy resources caused by to operation of the old fuel-oil boiler house.
Project scope:
1. Construction of a gas distribution metering station and a tie-in pipeline to the new boiler house.
2. Construction of a new modular boiler house.
3. Installation of utility networks for water supply, heat supply, sewerage, communications and electricity supply with connection to existing general utilities.
In September 2023, the off-site utilities of Parus launched a new high-efficiency gas-powered modular boiler. Once trial operation and acceptance procedures are completed, the old fuel-oil boiler will be decommissioned in 2024. The investment project enables a reduction in fuel-oil consumption by NLMK Lipetsk by 1,003 tonnes annually, savings in other operational expenditures, and an improved health of the recreational environment in the forest area.
